Niobium sheet is a rare metal sheet made from high-purity niobium (R04200, R04210) through vacuum melting, forging, hot rolling, cold rolling, heat treatment, and precision straightening processes.
Niobium possesses properties such as a high melting point, excellent corrosion resistance, superior low-temperature plasticity, a small neutron absorption cross section, and good adhesion to ceramics/glass. Processed niobium sheets have a dense structure and high flatness, allowing for stamping, bending, and welding, thus finding wide application in aerospace, nuclear power, chemical, electronic, and vacuum furnace industries.
