Zirconium crucibles are engineered for durability and high performance in fusion sample preparation processes. Manufactured from high-purity zirconium, these crucibles and lids exhibit exceptional corrosion and thermal shock resistance, helping to ensure consistent analytical results.

High-purity zirconium crucibles are made of 99.9% to 99.99% (3N to 4N) high-purity zirconium material. Their core advantages are ultra-high corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and strong chemical inertness. They are ideal containers for high-temperature melting and highly corrosive working conditions, and can replace platinum crucibles with a higher cost performance.

Laboratory Heat Treatment:
 Highly resistant to most reagents
 Soluble in hydrofluoric acid
 Withstands temperatures up to 900°C
The low-form crucible is made of zirconium alloy with a thickness of 0.89 mm. Prolonged exposure to air at temperatures above 550°C causes oxidation. Use with fluoroboric acid or fluorosilicic acid is not recommended. Suitable for high-temperature fusion in the reducing flame of a burner.
